Polyethylene 100 (PE100) | It is the strongest PE pipe material known today.
The products produced within the scope of Water And Gas production activities; Every stage of production is controlled to check their compliance with the desired quality requirements, quality plans, standards, customer specifications and to ensure quality continuity.
PE is a thermoplastic used in a wide variety of products. During the production of plastic raw material, ETHYLENE, which is produced by the distillation of crude oil, is subjected to a series of chemical processes and ETHYLENE MONOMER is obtained.
HDPE pipes produced with PE 100 raw material can withstand higher pressure than pipes produced with conventional PE raw materials. The upper limit of water pressure, which is 16 bar, has reached the level of 32 bar in pipes produced with PE100 raw material. Thus, it has begun to replace traditional pipes (steel, cast, ductile…) in water transfer main pipes.
PE100 pipes are coiled up to 125mm diameter or 6, 12 and 13.5 mt straight pipes upon request; Diameters over 125mm are produced only as 6, 12 and 13.5 meter straight pipes up to 160mm.

Since its density is 0.950 gr/cm³, it is 8 times lighter than steel.
• It is easily transported and does not deform.
• It does not corrode due to the fluid passing through it and the soil structure outside.
• It has high resistance to chemicals.
• In clean water lines, it does not have a carcinogenic effect since foreign particles / substances do not mix with the water from the PE Pipe.
• It is suitable for health as it does not change the smell, taste and color of the water.
• Since it belongs to the thermoplastic product group, it is an environmentally recyclable product.
• Provides 500% extensibility thanks to its elastic structure; In case of earthquake and landslide, it absorbs the opening by extending; Situations such as breakage or rupture do not occur.
• Since it is produced with carbon black additive, it is resistant to ultraviolet rays coming from the sun.
• It maintains its elastic properties even when the temperature drops to -40 °C, and is not adversely affected by the volume increase by expanding.
• It adapts to the terrain even if the ground is not excavated gradually and precisely.
• Joining can be done outside the channel and applied to the channel.
• Since it is combined with Butt Welding or EF Welding System; The resulting line becomes monolithic and foreign substances such as ground water, plant and tree roots cannot enter the pipeline.
• It does not create wastage during assembly due to its joining methods.
• It can be produced as coils up to 160 mm diameter.
• Kangal production; It saves on fitting and welding costs and reduces the risk of workmanship errors due to welding.
• Since it adapts to the landform during laying, it saves costs in excavation and channel works.
• It reduces project costs significantly by providing ease of river, lake and sea crossings.
• Can be produced at different pressures in accordance with the project; It is effective in saving raw materials and making projects cost-effective.
• Compared to traditional PE pipes, it provides the same pressure resistance with a thinner wall thickness.
